Lamisil tablets are used to treat fungal infections of the skin and nails. These infections are caused by a fungus known as Candida. This fungus lives in your body and is known as the Candida skin infection.
Lamisil works by stopping the growth of the fungi that cause Candida.
Candida infections usually do not spread directly to your eyes or genital area. They only affect your body as a whole.
However, if you have a fungal infection such as a ringworm, yeast infection, or a skin infection, Lamisil tablets can be used to treat other types of fungal infections. These include:
